Menyerahkan pasfoto berukuran 4 x 6 dan 3 x 4 dengan jumlah masing-masing sebanyak 6 lembar (putra), pasfoto berjilbab 4 x 6 @ 2 lembar dan 3 x 4 @ 8 lembar (putri).
